The o-rings are thicker than the stock ones, but I find they work great. Someone else mentioned they thought the o-ring could weaken when compressed since it's thick, but given how little torque is supposed to be on these things, I find that highly unlikely. It seals up perfect on my bike. Price is right too. I'll keep buying them. 0 Help other customers find the most helpful reviews  Was this review helpful to you? , March 14, 2013

Next up is the EIKO ClearVision Supreme after my dissatisfaction with the Philips X-Treme Power

Purchased as a replacement for Philips X-Treme Power bulbs that I had previously.See that review here.http://www.amazon.com/review/R2JJ64OMWIYUSM/Also, a new update, see this review here for a possible hidden gem.http://www.amazon.com/review/R2QU03Y576KOZN/Short background...Original bulbs on Honda were "Philips 9300 LL HB2 Dot H4 12V 60/55W E1 2C3 U G3 21 Germany", and lasted 87 months. Perhaps the "LL" stood for long lasting? Germany is country of origin.Philips X-Treme Power lasted 21 months. Country of origin is Poland. So the OEMs lasted 4X as long as the Philips X-treme Power. As I have updated in my other Philips review. I have replaced the X-treme Power with new EIKO Clear Vision Supreme, for a few reasons. One is I can easily find clear technical specs for the EIKO brand, as big as Philips is, I couldn't for Philips. Another is due to the short life experience I... 4/5 Renbutsu - See all my reviews, October 23, 2013

This review is from: EiKO 9003/H4CVSU2 ClearVision Supreme Halogen Headlamp, (Pack of 2) (Automotive) Installed these to replace burnt out GE nighthawk bulb in our 98' Camry - they work, but are noticeably dimmer than last set. However, they are def brighter than original factory bulbs, and for just over $21 for a pair - feel we got exactly what we paid for. Would recommend if looking for a good value - but not if you are looking for high performance. Just installed them so unsure of bulb lifespan. 0 Help other customers find the most helpful reviews  Was this review helpful to you? , December 17, 2013

    Great Filters

I have a 1982 Kawasaki KZ1100A2 that I recently installed a Kerker 4 into 1 header, a DynoJet Stage 3 kit, and wanted to replace the factory airbox with individual air filters to increase the perfomance. I originally purchased the EMGO Pod filters, let me tell you that it was a nightmare trying to get my bike jetted correctly. The bike was running really rich with the recommended #165 main jets included in the DynoJet kit. After numerous failed attempts at re-jetting and moving the needle position I decided to call DynoJet, the tech informed me that the EMGO Pod filters do not work properly with Mikuni VM carbs and to get the bike running properly I would need to purchase the K&N filters. I put the #165 mains back in and moved the needle clip back to the middle position, installed the K&N's and the bike started right up, idled properly and was noticably faster than the stock set up. I RECOMMEND THESE FILTERS!!!PLUS THEY ARE ABOUT HALF PRICE COMPARED TO WHAT OTHER RETAILERS... 5/5 JOHNR - See all my reviews Verified Purchase(What's this?) 0 4/5 Neverlost2011 - See all my reviews Verified Purchase(What's this?) This review is from: Champion RA8PHP (7972) Premium Small Engine Spark Plug, Pack of 1 (Automotive) After Amazon told me they would fit my 1979 Honda CB750 I decided to order 4 these new spark plugs because of the quality of champion spark plugs. They did fit into cylinder head fine, correct threads/width/depth, but the top cap does NOT remove and cap is too big for the boot to fit. I have tried to remove it only to literally take the plug apart into pieces. Normally all spark plugs I've use in the past have the top cap screw off to allow the two types of boots but this one is not. I can't really rate product since I have not used it because of compatibility issues 0 Help other customers find the most helpful reviews  Was this review helpful to you? , July 7, 2013

It was packed well, slotted into my motorcycle headlamp without issue and works great so far! Make sure you know the limits of your system before you go popping this bulb in. Many motorcycles and ATVs run with 55/65W lamps. This is a much higher wattage. 0 5/5 Steve Rand - See all my reviews Verified Purchase(What's this?) This review is from: FRAM CH6009 Oil Filter for Motorcycles (Automotive) I've always used Fram filters, but recently I've read several bad reviews about them. Since I've never had any problems with Fram, I decided to go with this filter for my '83 Honda Goldwing. At such a low price, why not?!?! It arrived several days earlier that the estimated delivery, and when I looked inside it, I found none of the negative issues that I'd read about, just a good quality filter that fit perfectly. I recommend it to everyone! 0 Help other customers find the most helpful reviews  Was this review helpful to you? , August 7, 2013

    fram filter

0 4/5 mark sagvold - See all my reviews Verified Purchase(What's this?) This review is from: FRAM CH6009 Oil Filter for Motorcycles (Automotive) I bought this for my 1980 Honda cb 750 and it seems to be the best priced filter of this type out there. As far as the quality goes, I figure I will just change the oil a little more frequently as you can buy about 2 1/2 of these filters for the price of the next best brand. Maybe I am wrong, but if the quality is not as good, the changing frequency should level it out. If I will leave a follow up review if I don't like the results though and don't think it is worth using however. 0 Help other customers find the most helpful reviews  Was this review helpful to you? , October 6, 2012

    Awesome for Middleweight Cruiser

I bought this for my Suzuki Marauder 800 (similar to the Intruder and predecessor to the Boulevard series). It fits great, doesn't ruin the look of the bike at all as it's low profile, and does a good job of deflecting wind off your chest. Once you decide on a location for the brackets on your handlebars, installation literally takes all of 5 minutes. Use blue loctite (not Red!) to hold the wingnuts in place. The nice thing about this shield, is that when it warms up and you want some wind, you can take it off in less than a minute. For those that are having a problem with head bobbing due to the wind coming off the top of the windshield, I recommend actually keeping the windshield about an inch above the top of your headlight and letting it float so to speak. Reason being, is that it will decrease the pressure off the top of the windshield and virtually make the head bobbing much less noticeable if not make it go away completely. The amount of air that gets through... 5/5 Derek E. Schader - See all my reviews, February 12, 2013

0 3/5 '92 Sportster - See all my reviews Verified Purchase(What's this?) This review is from: Slipstreamer S-06 Spitfire Sport Shield with 1in. Clamp - Clear S-06-C-1 The Slipstreamer S-06 Spitfire was easily installed on my Sportster. It deflects air away from the body so I don't feel like I'm getting pushed off the bike at speed but you don't feel like you're in a cage. It does vibrate, however, but then everything on old Sportsters vibrate. Good quality, easily installed and a great price. Recommended for those who want some protection from the wind, but don't want the feeling of being behind a wall. 0 Help other customers find the most helpful reviews  Was this review helpful to you? , September 19, 2012
